You should be the only one who gets excited when your package arrives. 

We want you to be able to buy with confidence, that’s why discretion and your privacy are important to us. We make sure all orders are despatched in boring plain packaging. There will be no indication on the outside of your package as to what the contents are or where your purchase has come from.  

Depending on what you order, your items will be despatched in one of three ways, DHL heavy-duty plastic envelopes, padded plain envelopes or for larger items a plain yellow standard DHL box.

A discrete delivery label is then applied to your package. We are required to detail a return address on your package. This is shown as Marginal LTD, Arch 6 Voltaire Road, Clapham, London SW4 6DH.

All the packaging we use to despatch your order is 100% Recyclable. Whether it's a cardboard box, padded envelope, bubble wrap or plastic DHL mailbag, all the items we use can be reused or recycled. What are my Delivery Options and How Much will it Cost?

All orders are despatched from our warehouse in London in plain packaging with tracked delivery to your door. Always make sure if buying from outside the UK that the laws in your country do not prohibit the purchasing of the items on this site. 

We offer the most comprehensive range of delivery options to help you get the things you want when you want them. We work hard to get your order to you safely, securely and at the best price possible. All our shipping options are subject to volumetric weight restrictions. For the UK the maximum weight is 10kg. For all other destinations the maximum weight is restricted to 5kg. Should your order exceed this maximum, we reserve the right to increase the cost of shipping. In these circumstances we will contact you directly to confirm the cost of shipping or offer you the option of amending your order.

International Orders

Our international delivery services are provided by DHL. We use DHL because we believe in quality and reliability. Whilst cheaper options are available through other couriers, with DHL you get the quality, speed and reliabilty we know you love and deserve. That's why we don't use other unreliable solutions.

The price you pay for your order and delivery INCLUDES all duties and taxes, as we pay these on your behalf. No more additional fees! 

London Delivery Options

Our London delivery options allow us to get your order into your hands faster and more frequently than any of our competitors. These industry leading solutions help us play our part in reducing our carbon footprint, by simply bringing your order straight to you from our Clapham store. Better still, our Immediate, (in around 90 minutes) Next Day, (7 days a week) and Timed (pick a delivery slot that suits you) services are 100% emissionless, delivered using only human or electric powered vehicles! Our Same Day Service (within 3 hours) allows us to deliver all the way out to the M25 radius, cos you all know – if you need it now, you need it FAST. When it comes to unbeatable service, FETCH Delivers!

London Rapid (usually within 2 hours) – QUIVER £9.95

Our fastest ever delivery option, getting your order into your hands usually within 2 hours! It’s the only occasion when the faster it comes, the better it is! This service is available 7 days a week between the hours of 11am and 7pm to the following London postcodes.

London Next Day (7 days a week) – QUIVER £5.95

This is the real game changer within our delivery service options. Available 364 days of the year (we close Christmas Day and somebody else has the monopoly on deliveries that day) This service operates 7 days a week and is available on all orders received before 00:59pm. Your order will be delivered the Next Day between 07:00am and 8:00pm. This service is available to the following London postcodes.

London Same Day (usually within 3 hours) – GOPHR from £12.95

For customers who live outside the central London area we have teamed up with GOPHR to offer a same day courier service, delivered to you usually within 3 hours. This service is available daily to most London postcodes within the M25 radius between the hours of 11am and 5pm (for delivery by 8pm).

When selecting this service, you confirm that you will be available to accept and sign for your delivery at any time during the three-hour window that follows the successful placement of your order. Failure to be available is deemed to be a breach of the terms and conditions of service.

The price for this service is variable based on the distance to your delivery address from FETCH Clapham. The quote for your delivery can also vary dependant on the time of day you place your order. Your order will only be despatched once payment has been received. 

We are only able to book courier pick-ups from 11am through until 5pm (for delivery by 8pm). Orders placed outside of these times can only be delivered during these operating hours. If selecting this service between 00:01am and 10:59am the estimated earliest arrival time starts from 11am when we begin booking couriers.

Conditions of Service – Immediate / Timed / Same Day

When selecting these services, you must be available to accept and sign for your delivery for the entire duration of delivery time frame you have chosen. Failure to be available is deemed to be a breach of the terms and conditions of selecting this delivery service.

Please make sure you have provided us with a phone number that you can be contacted on during this time. If for any reason our courier is unable to deliver your order, we will instruct them to follow one of two decisions. It will be either be returned to us and the cost of the return deducted from any applicable refund. There is a standard return to sender charge of £50, in addition to the cost of the courier having to return the parcel. Alternatively, based on the value of the order, it will be left either with a neighbour or if in an apartment block with secure access, at your front door. This is done entirely at your own risk because of not following the terms and conditions of selecting this service.

Whilst we aim to deliver all orders within the agreed time frames, these services are not guaranteed. The service can be affected due to unavoidable delays including adverse weather conditions, traffic problems and other incidents beyond the control of our couriers. 

 

DHL Express UK Delivery Option

Our Main UK delivery service is DHL Express. We use DHL because we believe in quality and reliability. Whilst cheaper options are available through other couriers, with DHL you get the quality, speed and reliabilty we know you love and deserve. That's why we don't use other unreliable solutions.

UK Mainland Delivery Options (including Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands) £6.95

We want you to always receive the very best in customer service from FETCH. That is why we use the DHL Express Next Working Day service for all UK deliveries. This is the fastest and most reliable service available in the UK giving you peace of mind that your parcel is in safe hands. Plus, you get door to door tracked information from the second your parcel is collected from us. Next Working day applies to all UK orders placed before 4pm daily. Manage your order using the On Demand Delivery (ODD) service from DHL. ODD keeps you informed about your expected delivery day and provides a set of standard delivery options via SMS and email. Want to collect your items instead? Not a problem. With a few clicks, we can get your order picked and packed for you ready to simply pop in and collect. At the checkout select "Fetch Collect Shipping - Collect from Store" option and we will have your order ready and waiting for you to collect at our Clapham store within thirty minutes.

Click & Collect is FREE when you spend over £30 or £2.95 for orders under this amount.

Click & Collect is available daily. Your items are usually ready and waiting for you within 30 minutes from the time you confirm your order. So, if you need it, we're here to make sure you get it!

We will send you a confirmation email to let you know when it's ready to collect. Please make sure you bring a copy of this with you to allow you to collect using this service. Electronic versions of your order are the simplest way to do this. 

Click & Collect orders are held for collection for a maximum of 90 days from the point of purchase.
