All online card payments are handled by either Axcess Merchant Services or PayPal and everything that is transmitted via the internet is done so using SSL encryption technology behind state of the art firewalls, along with advanced security software. 

You can rest assured that that we take the security and privacy of your payment details and personal information very seriously. Please note we do not store any card payment details.

Phishing is the practice of attempting to trick you into giving out confidential information. A common way of doing this is an email falsely claiming to be a legitimate company requesting the user to send private information that can then be used for identity theft and fraud.

We never ask you to send any personal details via email. For security reasons we will always ask you to contact us by phone. If you receive an email claiming to be from hardonshop requesting private information, please do not respond. Instead give us a call and let us know so we can pass it on to the relevant authorities.
